Scores 16 points off bench

Thomas made an immediate impact from beyond the arc, connecting on four of five three-point attempts while producing 16 points in just 19 minutes. His efficiency was impressive, but the limited workload and minimal contributions outside scoring suggest his fantasy value remains uncertain. Thomas will likely need more consistent playing time to become a dependable option, particularly with Cleveland featuring several established offensive contributors in the backcourt. He has some upside in dynasty and deep leagues, though.

Narrowly misses double-double

Harden delivered his strongest performance of the young season, finishing one assist shy of a double-double while posting season-high marks in points and dimes. His nine three-point attempts also highlighted his offensive involvement despite modest shooting efficiency, and although he seems to have lost a bit of a step offensively, Harden should remain valuable in Cleveland's offensive scheme. He's averaging 15.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game to open the season.

Second consecutive double-double

Mobley recorded his second consecutive double-double after his 20-point, 10-rebound performance against the Nets on Saturday. The four threes were a season-high mark for the star forward, who has gone 7-for-12 from deep to begin the season, and the two blocks reinforced his defensive value. Mobley's consistent rebounding and defensive contributions provide a strong foundation to go along with a sizable offensive role -- he's operated as the Cavaliers' No. 2 option behind Donovan Mitchell in the early going of the campaign.
