Brown continues to operate as the team's sixth man but has yet to turn in a stellar performance. Despite averaging 23.3 minutes per game, he has not scored more than 14 points in a game all season. In 17 games, Brown is averaging 6.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.2 blocks.

Modest role continues

Valanciunas played fewer than 15 minutes for the fifth time in the past seven games, serving as the backup to Nikola Jokic. While his skill set sets him up to be one of the more reliable backup centers in the league, the opportunity for him to step up is simply not there. Barring an injury to Jokic, expect to see Valanciunas locked into a 15-minute role moving forward.

Pops for 13 points off bench

Hardaway continues to offer very little outside some sporadic scoring, tallying fewer than 15 points for the fifth straight game. Despite an unexpected opportunity due to injuries to other players, Hardaway has been largely underwhelming, averaging 10.6 points and 2.0 three-pointers in 24.8 minutes per game over the past eight contests.
