Logs 21 points in G League
Newton generated a game-high scoring tally despite the loss during Tuesday's game. The guard remains a regular contributor for the Vipers, posting more than 20 points and two steals in each of his last four contests. He hasn't seen any action for the Rockets since signing a two-way contract in early January, so he's likely to continue playing for the G League squad going forward.

Non-factor in win
With Steven Adams and Alperen Sengun now healthy, Capela's role has disappeared, having played no more than 12 minutes in four straight games. He is the clear third option at this point, meaning he can be safely ignored in just about every fantasy format.

Limited role continues
Sheppard scored in single digits for the fourth time in the past six games, continuing to play a limited role off the bench. Despite the fact that Tari Eason is dealing with an ankle injury, it appears Sheppard isn't tabbed for an extensive role, and JD Davison was used down the stretch Tuesday.
