Coach Lue non-committal on role
Coach Lue confirmed Bradley Beal will start in the backcourt alongside James Harden but was less forthcoming regarding the forward slots. Collins is, in theory, battling against Derrick Jones for a starting role. Either way, Collins should be a sizable part of Lue's gameplan, presumably seeing minutes in the mid-20s at the lowest.

Will start at shooting guard
As expected, Beal will start in the backcourt alongside James Harden. The forward positions aren't exactly clear, though, as coach Tyronn Lue told reporters he "can't remember" if John Collins will start. Beal is limited to begin training camp due to a knee scope from May.

Inks camp pact with Clippers
The undrafted rookie will have a chance to make an impression at Clippers camp this fall, and he'll likely be a candidate for the G League's San Diego Clippers in 2025-26. Poulakidas made five Las Vegas Summer League appearances for the Clippers this past July, averaging 1.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 12.1 minutes per game.
