Dieng is finally getting consistent minutes at the NBA level, and he's proving he can perform at a decent level. Over his last eight games (six starts), Dieng is averaging 12.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.3 steals across 29.4 minutes per game while posting double-digit scoring numbers in six of those outings. Even if he ends the regular season coming off the bench, he's an option worth keeping close tabs on as a potential streamer, mainly in category-based leagues due to his ability to fill the stat sheet.
Mathurin surged with three solid games following a four-game absence, but he crashed back to earth Tuesday night. He logged his second-lowest shot volume of the season in the loss, and although Mathurin usually comes off the bench, his low total illustrates how the team depends on the sixth man for production. The team is 1-3 when Mathurin scores less than 10 points.
Poulakidas made his season debut with the Mavs on March 3, and while his playing time has been inconsistent, he's finding ways to produce when given enough minutes. This 11-point output was a season-high mark for the rookie, although it's hard to trust him in fantasy given his role. After all, he's appeared in just seven of the Mavs' 17 games since the beginning of March.
Cisse didn't provide much on offense, although he made his presence felt, considering he didn't have many touches. His real fantasy value came on the defensive end and as a rebounder. In three appearances in March, Cisse racked up 32 rebounds, four steals and five blocks while scoring 14 points on 7-for-13 shooting. He won't be a game-changer in most fantasy formats with the playoffs about to end, but he could be useful in category-based leagues for managers looking to bolster their frontcourt via an streaming alternative.
Garland logged a high shot volume but had trouble finding the bottom of the basket during the defeat. Although Garland has been generally productive, his scoring results have been wildly erratic, alternating between prolific totals and underwhelming performances. Although assists have padded his fantasy totals, the team needs more consistency from the guard down the stretch.
Leonard received ample support from his teammates and had the goods to take down the Trail Blazers, but Portland rode the momentum and outplayed them in the second half. While the Clippers are essentially a lock for the play-in tournament, they will have to face Portland again in 10 days. The Clippers will need superior numbers from Leonard as they try to hold onto the eighth seed.
Flagg delivered a better performance than in his previous game, when he posted 12 points on 5-for-19 shooting in a loss to the Timberwolves on Monday. However, the star rookie has been struggling with his shot considerably in recent weeks, perhaps showing signs of fatigue from the long grind of his first season in the NBA. Flagg has gone three straight games without draining a three-pointer, but the long-range woes date back to March 6 when he returned from a foot sprain. In his last 15 games, Flagg is averaging 19.9 points per game but is shooting just 18.2 percent from beyond the arc while attempting multiple threes in all but two of those contests.
The Trail Blazers have rattled off two consecutive victories without Clingan's usual production. The prolific rebounder has recorded a paltry nine boards over the past two games, well below his seasonal average of 11.6 rebounds per game. While others have picked up the slack, the team lacks a key element of their success without Clingan's proficiency off the glass. He'll take a day off and try to right the ship Thursday against the Pelicans.
The Trail Blazers employed a smaller lineup amid Jerami Grant's (calf) absence, running Henderson alongside Jrue Holiday in the backcourt for a second consecutive game. The move has reaped significant benefits with two convincing victories. Shaedon Sharpe's (calf) extended absence has opened a window for Henderson to show his potential after fading into the woodwork for most of the season behind Holiday. The team will likely ride with this successful scheme until Grant returns.
Even though Paolo Banchero and Jalen Suggs posted solid stat lines across the board, it was Bane who led the Magic in scoring with a strong showing. Bane has scored at least 17 points in five games in a row and has made at least two three-pointers in three consecutive appearances, so he's doing what is asked of him. The veteran guard averaged a robust 20.4 points per game in March while shooting 38.3 percent from deep, so fantasy managers shouldn't have a problem relying on him even if he has a few down games here and there.
Banchero had a not-so-great shooting performance in this win over the Suns, but that shouldn't matter much from a fantasy perspective, as he contributed enough in other categories to finish just one board and two dimes away from a triple-double. Even if Jalen Suggs and Desmond Bane carried the Magic offensively in this win, it's hard to downplay the impact Banchero has offensively for the Magic. The star forward averaged 24.9 points, 7.9 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game in March.
Avdija padded his total with another great result at the charity stripe. The Portland standout has logged 23 games with 10 or more free-throw attempts, eclipsed only by Luka Doncic. Avdija also finished as the team's top rebounder, a milestone usually reserved for Donovan Clingan, who endured one of his worst games of the season. Avdija has recorded solid numbers since returning from a six-game absence, averaging 21.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.7 steals over a 13-game span.
Carter was efficient on both ends of the court and posted his second double-double over the last three games. While Carter's upside on offense is the one of being the team's No. 3 option in a best-case scenario, he ultimately produces enough even in a limited role to be considered a strong fantasy option. Carter ended the month of March scoring in double digits in nine of his last 10 appearances, averaging 13.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 steals per contest.
Devin Booker carried the Suns in this tight loss to the Magic, and there's a big chance that the outcome of the game could've been different had Green been more accurate with his shot -- he made 30 percent of his field goals and missed all five of his treys. That said, Green was coming off five straight games with at least 20 points, so there's a big chance this was just a bump on the road for the talented scorer. Green averaged 21.8 points per game while appearing in each of the Suns' 16 games during the past month, which in itself is huge for Green considering the injury issues he's had all season long.
Fleming made the most of his limited minutes Tuesday, and he delivered double-digit points despite playing under 20 minutes for the first time this season. Even though all four of Fleming's double-digit scoring performances came in March, it's hard to trust him since he regularly comes off the bench and often plays under 25 minutes. With that kind of role, projecting Fleming to contribute steadily in fantasy is a tough task.
Surprisingly, Gillespie has scored exactly 11 points in three of his last four appearances, although he's been struggling with his shot of late. Even though he remains a player with decent fantasy upside due to the tight grip he has on a starting role, it's worth noting he's been trending in the wrong direction for a while now. Gillespie might have scored in double digits in seven of his last eight games, but over that stretch, he's averaging 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest while shooting 38.5 percent from the floor and 34.8 percent from three-point range. He needs to turn things around from an efficiency perspective in the final two weeks of the regular season.
Holiday took control on the offensive end and led the Blazers in scoring and made treys. He did so in an efficient manner by drilling 46.7 of his attempts from beyond the arc, and he fell one triple shy of tying his season high in three-point makes. Holiday isn't at the stage in his career where he's able to supply this type of pop on a nightly basis, but he still has a few elite performances in the tank.
Doncic didn't skip a beat after serving a one-game suspension Monday against the Wizards for picking up his 16th technical foul of the campaign. He put together an offensive masterpiece and secured his first double-double since March 18 by reaching double-digit assists. Doncic reached the 40-point threshold for the 16th time this year and closed March by reaching the 40-point mark in three consecutive showings.
Ausland notes that Collins appeared to suffer the injury while competing with Brook Lopez for a rebound. Collins checked out of the game with 6:23 remaining in the third period to get evaluated in the locker room. He would later emerge from the tunnel in time to start the final period of play.
Sheppard moved back to the bench, although he still managed to maintain his recent momentum. While his demotion was seemingly a step in the wrong direction, head coach Ime Udoka spoke prior to the game, indicating this was merely a temporary move, with Sheppard likely back in the starting lineup for Wednesday's matchup with the Bucks. Continue to roster him with confidence.
Capela's role, although relatively secure, is certainly not that of a player aspiring to be a starter in the NBA. Now toward the backend of his career, Capela is really the only option Houston has in terms of a backup center. While he can provide sporadic contributions in both rebounds and blocks, his production has been far too inconsistent to warrant fantasy attention.
Robinson has struggled to have an impact in recent times, averaging just 4.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 19.9 minutes per game across his past three appearances. Although he has been mostly healthy, his impact remains inconsistent, particularly from a fantasy standpoint. At best, managers can consider him for streaming purposes when in need of boards and blocks.
Sochan saw the court for just the third time in the past nine games, all of which have been during garbage time. Since arriving in New York, Sochan has been unable to carve out a consistent role, logging double-digit minutes only once in 13 appearances.
Clarkson has been mostly a non-factor this season, sitting outside the top 350 through 66 appearances. Tuesday's double-digit performance was just the second time he has reached that mark in his past six games. With season averages of 8.9 points and 1.1 three-pointers, it's tough to make a case for him, even as a potential stream option.
It's not clear when Goodwin suffered the injury, but head coach Jordan Ott noted after the matchup that the guard is being sent for further evaluation. He can be considered day-to-day until the team has more to share on the severity of the issue.
Durant looked extremely comfortable on the offensive end Tuesday night and ended the game with a team-high 27 points with the help of four triples. The 37-year-old was also heavily involved as a playmaker, and he's now dished out eight or more dimes in three of his previous four outings.
Barrett was listed on the injury report due to a left shoulder injury he sustained during Sunday's blowout win against Orlando. He was cleared to play Tuesday, and his shoulder didn't appear to bother him in an efficient night from both the field and charity stripe. Barrett will wrap up the month of March having averaged 21.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.7 threes and 0.7 steals over 31.0 minutes per game.
Ingram was given the green light to return Tuesday after missing Sunday's game against Orlando due to right heel inflammation. He didn't fill up the box score against Detroit and was inefficient from deep, but he still finished as Toronto's second-leading scorer behind Scottie Barnes (24 points). It was Ingram's 42nd 20-plus-point game of the season but his first since March 15, also against the Pistons. He'll end the month of March having averaged 19.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.6 threes and 0.8 steals over 33.7 minutes per game.
Murray-Boyles was cleared to play Tuesday after missing Sunday's game against the Magic due to lower-back spasms. He gave the Raptors a nice spark of the bench, leading the team in rebounds (including seven on the offensive glass) while finishing as Toronto's fourth-leading scorer. Murray-Boyles has enjoyed a productive rookie campaign and has been an important piece of the Raptors' rotation, especially when Jakob Poeltl missed time due to his own back injury.
Jenkins attempted just nine shots from the field, but he still reached the 20-point threshold for the sixth time this season thanks to his work at the charity stripe, where he logged career highs in both made and attempted free throws. Jenkins saw his role off the Pistons' bench steadily increase as the season progressed, and he has thrived in a starting role while filling in for the injured Cade Cunningham (chest). Jenkins has started in each of the Pistons' last eight games, and over that span he has averaged 18.5 points, 6.9 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 2.1 threes over 36.2 minutes per game.
Johnson exceeded 20 minutes for the first time in the past four games, scoring in double digits for the fifth time in his young career. With Brooklyn manipulating its rotation on a nightly basis, it's hard to be too excited by this performance. Generally speaking, fantasy managers are better off focusing on other teams when it comes to streaming candidates.
Robinson sat out Monday's game against the Thunder due to a right hip strain, but the veteran sharpshooter was cleared to return for the second leg of the Pistons' back-to-back set Tuesday. He gave the Pistons the scoring spark they needed and finished as the team's third-leading scorer behind Jalen Duren (31 points) and Daniss Jenkins (21 points). It was the 11th time this season that Robinson connected on five-plus threes, with three of those games coming in his last eight outings since March 15.
Claxton's turned in another underwhelming performance. Despite being a regular fixture in the starting lineup, he has been outside the top 250 in 14 games over the past month. During that time, he has averaged just 8.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks. At this point, he is nowhere near being a must-roster player.
Despite some inconsistent shooting, White continues to provide Charlotte with valuable production off the bench. He has scored in double digits in nine straight games while also chipping in across other categories, most notably assists and threes. While he isn't a must-roster player, he certainly isn't out of place on a standard-league roster.
Reese will be held out of a second straight game as the Wizards look to preserve his eligibility for the remainder of the season while he's signed to a two-way deal. He'll be eligible to suit up in all of Washington's final six regular-season games after Wednesday.
Mann has failed to play more than 10 minutes in 16 straight games, and in six of those he has failed to see the floor at all. With Charlotte firing on all cylinders at the moment, Mann's role is basically non-existent, eliminating any chance he has at putting up fantasy value. He can be ignored in just about every format.
Duren was cleared to play after missing Monday's game against the Thunder due to knee injury management. His return was the boost that the Pistons desperately needed, especially in the continued absence of Cade Cunningham (chest). It was Duren's eighth 30-plus-point performance of the season (and fourth in 10 games since March 13) and 17th game of at least two blocks. Across his last 10 outings, the All-Star center has averaged 25.0 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 0.9 blocks over 31.2 minutes per game.
Kalkbrenner continues to play a backup role, which, to this point has yielded very little in terms of fantasy production. In 14 appearances over the past month, he has barely been a top-200 player, averaging 6.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game. At best, he can be streamed for blocks when the schedule works in his favor.
Bridges posted a strong all-around line after failing to tally either a block or steal in four consecutive games. He shot the basketball with efficiency on the offensive end and set a new season high in steals. Bridges is averaging 15.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals over his last four appearances.
Booker followed his 36-point performance in Monday's win over Memphis with another huge scoring outburst in the second leg of this back-to-back set. However, he needed a season-high 16 makes from the charity stripe to reach 30 points Tuesday, whereas he didn't get to the line at all Monday. The star guard also chipped in a team-high seven assists and has dished out at least five dimes in seven straight games.
Rollins posted a strong all-around line and led the Bucks in points and assists in the blowout victory. The 23-year-old didn't appear to be slowed down at all by the hip injury that kept him from taking the floor Sunday. Rollins has put up 20-plus points in three of his last five matchups and should continue to see opportunities with the first unit as Milwaukee wraps up the regular season with little to play for.
Sasser was ruled out with only a few minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, so his absence shouldn't have much of an impact. The severity of the injury is unclear at this time, and he can be considered day-to-day until more information comes to light.
Suggs turned in a well-rounded performance Tuesday and was Orlando's second-leading scorer, reaching the 20-point mark for the first time since March 12. He also finished third on the team in rebounds and second in assists. Additionally, the 24-year-old point guard made an impact on the defensive end, finishing one swipe shy of tying his season high. Suggs has been inconsistent on the offensive end of late, scoring in double figures in four of his last seven games while reaching the 15-point threshold just once.
With Luka Doncic back from his one-game suspension, Hachimura will retreat to the second unit. The 28-year-old forward has averaged 6.2 points and 2.2 rebounds across 20.6 minutes per game in his last five appearances off the bench.
Williamson will provide much-needed backcourt depth for Memphis down the stretch of the regular season, as the team has shut down a number of key contributors for the rest of the campaign due to injuries. The 27-year-old has appeared in 46 games in the G League this year across stops with the Memphis Hustle and the Windy City Bulls, averaging 7.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.1 steals in 23.7 minutes per contest.
With Jarrett Allen (knee) back in the lineup for the second leg of this back-to-back, Ellis will slide to the second unit. He has averaged 7.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 23.6 minutes per game over his last five appearances off the bench.
It was thought that James could get Tuesday night off for injury maintenance, but the star forward will suit up after all. James is fresh off a triple-double Monday night against Washington, as he finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists and one block in 33 minutes.
With Sam Merrill (hamstring) sidelined, Strus will draw his first start of the season. Over six appearances this season, the 30-year-old forward is averaging 12.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 24.0 minutes per contest.
Jackson will miss a second consecutive contest Tuesday after spraining his right ankle in Friday's win over Indiana. The big man can be considered doubtful for Thursday's game against the Spurs until the Clippers offer an update on his status. With Jackson sidelined, John Collins will likely continue to see increased minutes.
Gafford looked to be in significant discomfort as he made his way to the locker room, and the team announced shortly thereafter that he'll be shut down for the rest of the night. Dwight Powell and Moussa Cisse should see an uptick in minutes in Gafford's absence.
Gafford suffered the injury on a block attempt, and he wasn't able to move his right arm on his way off the court. He can be considered questionable to return until the Mavs have an official diagnosis for the big man.
Payton could be held out of the front end of this back-to-back set, which would leave more minutes available for guys like Will Richard, Nate Williams and Seth Curry. Payton would likely see increased playing time if he's cleared to suit up due to De'Anthony Melton (thumb) being unavailable.
Post departed Sunday's matchup against Denver due to right foot soreness, though it's worth noting that he's been ruled out Wednesday due to right foot injury management, so this appears to be a precautionary decision. Draymond Green and Omer Yurtseven should be in line for increased opportunities at center with Post, Al Horford (calf) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) all out.
Richard is set to return from a one-game absence due to left heel soreness. The rookie second-rounder is a top candidate to enter the starting five due to De'Anthony Melton (thumb) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) being sidelined.
Santos had a down night Sunday against the Nuggets, though it's unclear if this injury played a role in his sluggish performance. He'll presumably be monitored closely leading up to tipoff to determine whether he can take the court Wednesday evening.
The thumb injury is a new concern for Melton, whose next opportunity to suit up will come Thursday against Cleveland. Will Richard, Pat Spencer and Gary Payton (knee) are candidates for expanded roles in Melton's stead.
Porzingis will get a night off after appearing in four straight matchups for Golden State. Al Horford (calf) and Quinten Post (foot) have also been ruled out, leaving the Warriors awfully thin at center. Expect Draymond Green to get some run there Wednesday along with Omer Yurtseven. Malevy Leons and Nate Williams could also factor more heavily into the rotation with Porzingis sidelined.
Curry was able to practice in full for the first time since suffering a knee injury Jan. 30 against Detroit, which included participating in a 5-on-5 scrimmage after practice, per Amick and Friedell. The goal is for Curry to return to game action Sunday, assuming he checks out fine following Tuesday's activities. The sharpshooter has already been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup with San Antonio and is being considered doubtful for Thursday against Cleveland, so he looks to have at least a few more days to make sure his knee feels strong before potentially facing live competition. The Warriors should have additional updates on Curry's status as Sunday approaches.
Hinson will hit the inactive list for a fourth consecutive contest as the Jazz manage his availability while signed to a two-way pact. After Wednesday, he'll be eligible to play in four of Utah's final five games.

Shead drew a spot start Sunday against the Magic and delivered a double-double, but he'll move to a bench role Tuesday with Brandon Ingram returning to action. Shead has struggled as a reserve recently and has been held to single figures in 12 straight bench appearances.

Making his first start since Feb. 19 with Jalen Duren (knee) and Isaiah Stewart (calf) both unavailable, Reed delivered his third double-double of the season while scoring at least 20 points for the first time since Feb. 11. The 26-year-old center has chipped in double-digit points in five of the last eight games as he handles a bigger role in the frontcourt in Stewart's absence, averaging 12.1 points, 4.8 boards, 1.9 assists, 1.1 blocks and 0.9 steals in just 18.5 minutes over that stretch while shooting 58.5 percent from the floor.
Klintman was active Monday for the Pistons' game against the Thunder, but he didn't end up playing in the team's 114-110 overtime loss. He'll now rejoin the Cruise in advance of its playoff opener Tuesday versus Raptors 905.
