The 28-year-old scored 13 points in the 121-113 loss to the Pistons to begin the 2026-27 campaign. Since then, he has been on a roll, averaging 33.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.3 steals over 35.6 minutes per contest during that span.

It wasn't a perfect game from Towns, who shot an inefficient 20.0 percent from deep while turning the ball over seven times. However, the 2015 No. 1 overall pick was the top scorer in this contest and finished with at least 20 rebounds for the 23rd time in his career to lead the Knicks to their first win of the 2026-27 campaign.

The star floor general didn't deliver his most efficient performance, though he still finished as Detroit's second-leading scorer behind Paul Reed (22 points). Thompson didn't suit up for Sunday's 106-93 win over the 76ers due to a sprained ankle. However, he will avoid a second consecutive absence, meaning Daniss Jenkins will likely return to the bench.

The Nets have gone 0-3 to start the season, so head coach Jodi Fernandez will shuffle his starting lineup, sending Ellis to the second unit. As a reserve last season, Ellis averaged 6.0 points and 1.1 steals in 19.3 minutes per game.

Irving could receive a maintenance day Wednesday. If the star guard is sidelined, Marcus Sasser would likely handle an expanded role at point guard while Cooper Flagg takes on more usage.

Sorber is still without a firm timetable for a return to game action. He can be considered week-to-week until the Thunder provide an update on his progress.

Holmgren will miss a second consecutive contest due to right knee patellar tendinitis. With the big man and several other key pieces on the inactive list, Kenrich Williams, Jaylin Williams and Brooks Barnhizer are candidates for increased minutes in the frontcourt.

The left hamstring issue is a new concern for Haliburton, who has yet to miss a game this season. If the star floor general joins T.J. McConnell (hamstring) on the inactive list, Quenton Jackson and Braden Smith would likely see increased burn.

Zubac isn't ready to return from an ankle sprain, but the veteran big man remains day-to-day. Jay Huff figures to continue starting for the Pacers in the meantime, with Obi Toppin (hand) also helping plug up the hole at center.

The star big man is set to return Wednesday after sitting out the second leg of Philadelphia's most recent back-to-back. With the 76ers back at full strength, Dean Wade and Adem Bona should fall into lesser roles.

Johnson continues to roll as a first-round fantasy player in the early stages of the campaign. Over four appearances to this point, the star forward has averaged 21.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, 8.5 assists and 1.8 steals in 32.5 minutes per game.

Although Flemings hasn't yet locked down a major role for the Hawks, it's encouraging to see the rookie first-rounder on the floor on a steady basis to begin his career. Over four appearances thus far, Flemings has averaged 4.0 assists, 3.3 points and 3.0 rebounds in 18.3 minutes per game.

Dort is handling a relatively significant role off the bench in his debut season with the Hawks. Over his first four contests, the veteran swingman has averaged 8.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 22.8 minutes per game.

Bridges appears to be settling in nicely with his new team in Phoenix. The forward has watched his production across the board increase in each of his first three games, and Bridges hasn't looked to be hampered at all by a preseason ankle injury.

After going off for 43 points in Saturday's 131-122 win over the Warriors, the star guard cooled off dramatically Monday. Booker hit the 20-point mark in back-to-back appearances prior to Monday, so he should bounce back soon enough.

Dunn appears to have beaten out the likes of Haywood Highsmith, Rasheer Fleming and Koa Peat for a rotation spot with the Suns. However, Dunn's fantasy appeal is likely to remain limited while the team's wings and forwards are healthy.

The Thunder are already plagued by injuries in the early going, so they gave Dix a chance for meaningful burn. The undrafted rookie failed to stand out in his season debut, and he could shift over to the G League's Oklahoma City Blue in the coming weeks.

Wiggins reached double figures for the second time in four games, setting a season high in scoring despite missing all five of his three-point attempts. The veteran forward has struggled offensively to begin the 2026-27 campaign, averaging just 8.8 points while shooting 37.5 percent from the field through four appearances. His 34 minutes Monday were encouraging, but his limited contributions outside scoring have restricted his fantasy value.

Smith made both of his attempts from beyond the arc while providing a steal in his limited playing time. The reserve guard saw an increased role after playing just six minutes against Detroit on Friday and sitting out Saturday's loss to Charlotte. However, his inconsistent minutes and limited offensive involvement leave him without much fantasy appeal outside deeper leagues.

Okogie received additional playing time after Lauri Markkanen (wrist) and Jaren Jackson (knee) exited early, but he failed to capitalize offensively. The veteran wing missed all four of his field-goal attempts and offered minimal production elsewhere. His defensive contributions could help him maintain a role in Utah's rotation, though his fantasy appeal remains limited.

Walsh struggled offensively but made an impact on the defensive end, matching his career high with three steals. The 22-year-old forward has started each of Boston's first three games this season, though his modest offensive role and limited playing time restrict his fantasy upside. Walsh remains a deeper-league option for managers seeking defensive contributions.

Turner set a season high in rebounds Monday. Riley made his lone field-goal attempt but otherwise struggled to make an impact during his brief appearance. The second-year forward has played just 10 combined minutes across three appearances this season, leaving him outside Washington's regular rotation. Riley can be left on fantasy waiver wires in most formats.

Coulibaly struggled to generate offense, finishing with more personal fouls (five) than points. The forward has scored 11 points or fewer in each of his four appearances this season, although his defensive contributions have provided some fantasy value. He should continue seeing substantial playing time while AJ Dybantsa (ankle) remains sidelined.

Watson struggled from beyond the arc but compensated with an outstanding defensive performance, recording seven combined steals and blocks. He also established season highs in scoring, rebounds and blocks while playing a substantial role in Cleveland's overtime victory. His defensive production gives him considerable upside in category-based fantasy leagues.

Hyland barely factored into Minnesota's rotation, making his lone appearance during a brief stretch in the second quarter. The guard has played 15 minutes or fewer in each of his four appearances this season, limiting his fantasy relevance.

Lyles played a limited role despite the overtime contest, attempting just one shot. The veteran forward has logged fewer than 20 minutes in each of his first four appearances this season, leaving him with minimal fantasy appeal outside exceptionally deep leagues.

Jokic led the team in assists Monday, setting a season high in dimes in the process. The perennial MVP candidate has logged a pair of double-doubles through three games on the young campaign, posting a full stat line each time out so far.

Nembhard, a two-way player, is helping reinforce Denver's backcourt depth for the time being. He's expected to play for the Grand Rapids Gold once the G League season is underway.

Cryer saw a bit of garbage-time run in this blowout win. With Golden State's backcourt fully healthy, Cryer lacks a clear path to playing time in the early going.

Fall, who is on a two-way contract, is nearing a return to the floor for Philadelphia. He projects as an emergency depth option when the 76ers are shorthanded.

Murray turned in an efficient performance, shooting 61.5 percent from the field while leading Denver in assists and steals. The veteran guard also connected on three triples and collected six rebounds, providing well-rounded fantasy production despite the lopsided defeat. Murray continues to serve as a primary offensive facilitator alongside Nikola Jokic.

An MRI revealed no structural damage, but the Raptors will take a cautious approach with Leonard's recovery following interruptions to his offseason preparation. The veteran forward was a late scratch for Sunday's loss to Minnesota and now faces an extended absence just two games into the 2026-27 campaign. The third-year guard also finished with a team-high plus-35 rating, contributing across multiple categories in Golden State's first victory of the campaign. His combination of rebounds, assists and three-point shooting should keep him relevant in standard fantasy formats.

Curry delivered a flawless shooting performance, making all eight of his field-goal attempts and all five of his free throws. The veteran guard scored 21 of his 24 points in the second half, helping Golden State pull away for its first victory of the season. Curry returned to the lineup after sitting out Saturday's loss to Phoenix and should continue serving as the Warriors' primary offensive weapon.

Mara delivered his best performance of the young season, recording his first career double-double while establishing season highs in points, rebounds, minutes and blocks. The rookie center also committed four turnovers and five fouls, but his contributions on both ends of the floor were encouraging. With Chet Holmgren (knee) sidelined, Mara could continue seeing additional opportunities in Oklahoma City's frontcourt, though his fantasy appeal remains limited to deeper leagues.
