Josh Green
May not be ready for camp

Boone reports that there is "no definitive work on his recovery timetable," to be clear. Green underwent surgery on June 20 to address the instability in his left shoulder, putting his status for Opening Night in jeopardy. In 68 regular-season appearances in 2024-25, Green averaged 7.4 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and a career-high 1.1 steals per game.

Thanasis Antetokounmpo
Looks healthy again

Antetokounmpo didn't play professionally during the 2024-25 season after he required surgery in May 2024 to address a torn Achilles tendon. Still, his inclusion on the Greek roster for the EuroBasket competition confirms that he's healthy again. The 33-year-old forward last played in the NBA alongside younger brother Giannis Antetokounmpo with the Bucks in 2023-24, but the elder Antetokounmpo may head overseas during the upcoming season to continue his playing career.

Patrick Baldwin
Cut by LAC

Los Angeles had signed Baldwin to a two-way contract in March, but the team needed to make room for Jordan Miller, who inked a two-way deal Saturday. Baldwin spent most of last year with the Wizards but got into two games with the Clippers after being acquired off waivers late in the year, though he totaled just six minutes in that pair of contests. The 2022 first-rounder made more of an impression in the G League, averaging 17.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.6 three-pointers, 2.4 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.0 steals in 32.0 minutes per contest over 23 games between the San Diego Clippers and Capital City Go-Go. Per Murray, the Clippers have interest in bringing Baldwin back on an Exhibit 10 deal if he clears waivers.
