Questionable for Sunday

Thompson sustained a right ankle sprain in the third quarter of Friday's win over Miami and did not return. If the 23-year-old forward is ultimately ruled out, Isaiah Joe and Javonte Green would likely see increased playing time.

Ruled out for Sunday

Duren exited Friday's win over Miami early and did not return, and he's since been diagnosed with a hamstring strain. With the star big man sidelined, Paul Reed is expected to start and figures to see a significant increase in minutes.

Takes advantage of extended minutes

Reed capitalized on Jalen Duren's early departure due to a right thigh injury, with the former recording a double-double while playing an expanded role off the bench. His efficient scoring and strong rebounding highlighted his ability to contribute when given substantial minutes. Reed could become an appealing short-term fantasy option if Duren misses additional time, although his role would likely diminish once Detroit's starting center returns. With Duren's status uncertain for Sunday's game at Philadelphia, Reed could be in the line for a bigger role this weekend, though it'd be in a tough matchup.
