Reid initially signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Timberwolves. And then a two-way contract. And finally, a full NBA contract. This was because Reid just kept impressing Minnesota's front office and coaching staff. Reid was great for the Timberwolves in Summer League, showing a diverse skill set that is rare for a player his size. In 2019-20, we'll see him spend time with the Timberwolves and the Iowa Wolves.

In his only season at LSU in 2018-19, Reid averaged 13.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game while shooting 47 percent from the field. Reid was named a McDonald's High School All-American in 2018.
