Woeful shooting night Sunday

Barnes simply had no rhythm on the offensive end, going 0-of-12 from the field. Thankfully, he managed to add five combined steals and blocks, somewhat salvaging what was otherwise a night to forget. Poor performance aside, Barnes has had a strong start to the season, mostly rewarding anyone who took a chance on him early in drafts. He will look to turn things around when Toronto hosts Orlando on Wednesday.

Barely visible in heavy loss

Poeltl recorded a single rebound and no other stats, turning in what is likely his worst performance of the season. A modest start to the season has raised a lot of questions, particularly around his standard league fantasy value. Although it does appear as though he will be the starter moving forward, his playing and production have both been less than ideal. He remains a hold, for now, but could certainly be considered a drop in certain situations.

Thrives in starting role

Walter had arguably the best game of his career, taking full advantage of a temporary move into the starting lineup. With Kawhi Leonard out due to knee swelling, Walter did his best to emulate his production, leading the team with 22 points, while also adding three combined steals and blocks. Assuming Leonard's absence is only short-term, Walter will likely return to the bench sooner rather than later. However, he should at least be on the radar, even in standard league, thanks to his impressive start to the season.
